 Access

As identified in our Public Engagement, and Audience Development Plan, we are aware that for certain members of our community, there may be barriers to engaging with the arts. We will continue to think outside the box in developing our audience and finding out the diverse needs of our customers will be a first step. We expect a large number of our audience will identify our current website as being a barrier to their ease of access experience when purchasing a ticket or sourcing the information relevant to their visit or needs. With this in mind, and in line with our new strategy 2022 - 2026, we are currently redesigning our website with a major focus on clarity, visibility, information and most importantly a smooth customer journey.

Droichead Arts Centre Stockwell Street venue is a fully accessible venue, with lift access and with an adapted restroom facility.  It is important that you inform us at the time of booking if you have any additional requirements or require wheelchair spaces in the theatre. This will allow staff to reserve these seats for your convenience. The historic Barlow House has also been adapted and is fully accessible.
